Monohon Ramen
Identity, Signage, Print
Monohon is a slang term in Japanese meaning 'the real thing.' In the last decade, London saw a steady increase in the number of ramen restaurants but for Monohon's founder chef Ian, who spent two years in Osaka in the '90s, many of them were too fusion.
Monohon Ramen was launched to bring the genuine ramen experience and the hustle and bustle of 'yokocho' (back alleys with pubs and bars) from Japan to London.
